Eating a döner kebab at lunch. One of the many things in life you really shouldn't do, but lunch choices are slightly limited close to the customs office in this part of town.

The last time this happened to me I was in the Hauptbahnhof spitting bits of foil out over a bin, Andrew looking on unimpressed. Empire of Döner has slightly nicer surroundings with a ornamental shopping trolley in the beer garden by the railway tracks of Berliner Tor.

The delicious rolls will set you back €3.80 a pop, and had I had 10 beers beforehand, surely, I would have enjoyed it.
